Is sallis the employer?
sallis is a registered trademark of Bellini Personal AG, which markets the product payrolling. The employer is thus the Bellini Personal AG, Stauffacherstrasse 16 in 8004 Zurich.
Who gets a contract?
The freelancer receives the so-called assignment and framework employment contract from us. The customer receives the rental contract and our GTC. We also issue the contracts in English.
What does the "ave GAV Personalverleih -Vollzug Weiterbildung" mean?
If your assignment is subject to the collective employment contract (GAV) staff leasing, you benefit from subsidized training. Employees (freelancers) and employers (offsetting to the host company) contribute 0.7% and 0.3% of the gross wage, respectively, to the execution. From CHF 75.75 per hour you are no longer subject to the GAV staff leasing. You can find more information and the application form at: www.temptraining.ch
Can an owner of a GmbH and AG company claim ALV?

Are you the owner of an PLC (AG) or LLC (GmbH)? If so, you know that you are paying in ALV. However, you do not have a claim during ongoing operations (outside of a liquidation or sale).


However, if you as the owner receive your wages through sallis, you are also entitled to ALV! Get in touch with us and let us advise you about our payrolling service.

Can I claim ALV as a sole proprietor?

I have signed a contract (NDA, additional agreement, etc.). Could I still do payroll with sallis?

What if I live as a freelancer abroad?
You can live abroad and work for a company in Switzerland as a border worker. We support you in this case, in obtaining the appropriate permit.
What if my client is abroad?
In this case it is important that your center of vital interest is in Switzerland. You must also do the work in Switzerland. We will then invoice your wage costs to the company abroad.
Which notice periods apply for the assignments?
Temporary work assignments end without further notice when the agreed duration has expired. If they are extended beyond this point in time by mutual agreement without agreeing a new time limit, the notice periods apply to open-ended jobs. During the first three months of the indefinite work assignment, both parties can terminate the contract with a notice period of two working days. From the fourth to the sixth month the notice period is seven days and from the seventh month it is one month, always on the same day of the following month.
Does sallis have the necessary operating license?
Of course, we have the necessary cantonal and national grants. If a customer wants proof of this, you can contact us so we can send you the required documents.
I am taxed at source, What should I do?
Let us know your home address. We will then register you with the responsible withholding tax office. We then receive the final withholding tax rate and automatically forward the amounts to the office on a monthly basis.

What do I need to know regarding overtime, night work, shift work and sunday work?
For overtime, night, shift and Sunday work, the provisions of the collective employment contract (GAV) specified in the employment contract apply. Working hours that are worked beyond the working hours agreed in the employment contract are considered overtime. Overtime, night, shift and Sunday work must be expressly ordered by the company (end customer) and may only be performed within the maximum working hours in accordance with the labor law. If the operational company is subject to ave GAV personnel leasing, overtime up to the 45th hour per week can be paid without surcharge or compensated in a 1:1 ratio. The 46th to a maximum of the 50th weekly working hour is considered overtime and is paid on weekdays with a wage surcharge of 25%, on Sundays with a 50% surcharge. Sunday work is paid with a wage supplement of 50%.
